BlueWave Hotel’s 18th Anniversary, we are organizing a Zumba event.
The purpose Zumba is to change lives through health, wellness
and overall happiness. Workouts don’t have to be a
chore. With Zumba, a workout isn’t even a workout, it’s a fun, social dance
party with exercise being the biggest perk! The music is fast, upbeat and
contagious, so you can’t help but keep moving. Since it takes place in a group
setting, Zumba is by far one of the best ways to bond with your friends and you
will definitely feel amazing afterwards.
A positive energy is surrounded
on 14th April 2018 at Serunai Hall, Level 4, Grand BlueWave Hotel
Shah Alam from 7.00 am to 12.30 pm. The Zumba is going to be instructed by the
gifted Zin Hida and Zin Bella. They will combine that fabulous Zumba music and
those well-known moves with resistance training for an all in one workout.
Going from a cardio interval to a blast of toning helps you burn more calories.
It is designed for all ages, sizes and fitness levels and is aimed at
strengthening balance, enhancing muscle strength and core stabilization. With
one and a half hour of pure Zumba happiness, and followed by a healthy breakfast served by our
excellent chef.
Good health is a priceless blessing in life. The
famous saying ‘Health is Wealth’ highlights the importance of good health in
our life. In collabration with KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital, you will be
more knowledgable on how to maintain an amazing health with a talk by Dr
Noorfaizan Saaidin. You will also get a complimentary basic health screening.
The amusing journey does not end here. The
participants also had the chance to learn some tips and tricks on how to
enhance their features by Make-up Artist from Bayu Spa. To top all of the
entertainment, guests receive a special gifts from KPJ Selangor and Bayu Spa.
Almost 100 people are joining the lively event, as well as GBWSA corporate
guest loyalty customers. A grand celebration of our 18th anniversary filled
with 6 hours of seventh heaven.
