Warna Warni Ramadan Buffet at Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam

One of the most interesting part during Ramadan is having a Ramadan Buffet during iftar. This year, Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam wouldn’t be left behind as we are offering a lot to our valued guests and customers.

This year, we are choosing the theme “Warna Warni Ramadan Buffet” as the main theme and like the name, you can expect varieties of menu choices with the concept, ‘Bazar Malaysia Kini’, and ‘Ala Kampung’ and also international menu.

1) Carving and grill Station

Guests can expect to have freshly prepared whole lamb, roasted beef, grilled fish, seafood, chicken thigh and sausages with many selection of sauces such as black pepper, BBQ, air asam and sambal kicap. 

2) Cita Rasa Negeri stalls

Every day, we are having stalls for local state where there will be dishes from local states in Malaysia and interestingly, these dishes differ every week. For instances, we have Mee Udang (Perak), Laksa Sarawak (Sarawak) Lonting and Rendang Cili Padi (Johor & Negeri Sembilan), Laksa Penang (Pulau Pinang), Mee Kari Nyonya (Melaka), Ikan Patin Masak tempoyak (Pahang), Nasi Dagang (Terengganu) and a whole lot more.

3) Social media hype, ‘Viral’ food

This year, this is our main highlight of the buffet , the ‘Viral’ foods which are well-known in social media world. Have you ever heard of Burger Cheese Meleleh, Char Kuey Teow Cheese, Shellout Kamyong Style, Spicy Fried Chicken Wing BlueWave with Cheese and Roti John Titiwangsa? Well, this Ramadan you can get it at our Ramadan Buffet.

4) Fresh Beverages

You can expect varieties selection of beverages such as dragon fruit drink, soya bean, fruit juice, sugar cane drink and several selection of high quality tea and coffee.

Desserts are the well-loved part for buffet lovers. This year, Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam continues to prepare many kinds of desserts which will satisfy your craving.
